- We reserve the right to cancel any order if stock is unavailable, with a full refund issued promptly.
3. Delivery
- Same-day delivery in Lagos is available for orders placed before 12pm (subject to availability).
- Delivery timelines for other states may vary. We will notify you of estimated delivery times at checkout.
- Rubies is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, panties and bodysuits cannot be returned unless faulty.
- To initiate a return, contact us at hello@rubieslg.com with your order reference.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
